Payment methods

At Top Reifen Discount you choose your preferred payment method in the last checkout step:

• PayPalPay quickly and securely with your PayPal account.
• Credit/debit cardVisa, Mastercard or American Express – secured by Stripe.
• Bank transfer (prepayment)You receive our bank details; shipping after payment arrives.
• Apple Pay / Google PayPay in one tap with your phone or browser.
• KlarnaBuy now, pay later or in instalments.

When paying by bank transfer we reserve your order and ship it as soon as your payment has arrived. Here is how it works:

1. Complete your order and select “Bank transfer (prepayment)” as payment method.
2. You receive our bank details right on the order page and by email – together with a proforma invoice (PDF).
3. Transfer the total amount and quote your order number as the payment reference.
4. Once the payment arrives (usually 1–2 banking days) we confirm it, send you the invoice and ship your order.

Important: without the order number in the payment reference we cannot match your payment automatically – this can delay processing.

Tip: the order page and the proforma invoice include a GiroCode (QR code). Simply scan it with your banking app – recipient, IBAN, amount and reference are filled in automatically.

With online payments (PayPal, card, Apple Pay / Google Pay, Klarna) your order is processed immediately after purchase and shipped as fast as possible.

With bank transfer (prepayment), processing starts when your payment arrives – please transfer the amount within 7 days, otherwise the order is cancelled.

All payments are transmitted encrypted (TLS) and processed by certified payment providers. Your contract partner and payee is DLD Transport UG (haftungsbeschränkt).
